Take the eligibility survey to see if you qualify for our BOLD-HTN study
About Our Difficult to Control Hypertension Study
The BOLD-HTN trial is a multi-site study testing a new investigational treatment option (MANP) for people with difficult-to-control blood pressure. The study will include 120 participants who are already taking three or more blood pressure medications. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a new investigational treatment, called MANP, or placebo (a treatment with no active medicine).
Why are we asking these questions:
Medications don’t affect everyone the same way. To ensure clinical research is effective, we aim to include a diverse group of participants who meet specific criteria. Your medical history and current health conditions help determine if you’re eligible for a study. These questions are essential for ensuring participants meet the study’s requirements while advancing research that reflects and benefits people of all backgrounds.
